FNMI group care has built a network of elders, pipe carriers, ceremonialist and land-based teachers throughout Treaty 6, 7 and 8 as well as the Metis communities in Alberta. We enlist the supports of these elders for visits to the group home, land-based teachings, counselling support, feast and monthly Sweat lodge ceremony.
